To set up your Email on an iPhone or iPad, select Settings from the home screen of your iPhone or iPad
Choose Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Click on Add Account
Select Add Mail Account
In the New Account menu, you will need to specify the following records:
Name: your name
Address: your full email address
Password:
Description: We recommend “Cap Rock” or “Cap Rock IMAP”
scroll down or click next
Select protocol type: IMAP
Using the following settings for incoming and outgoing.
Host name: mail.caprock-spur.com
User Name: full email address
Password:

You should be able to click
Click Save.
It should verify your account and setup your SSL connection.
